Hopkins Houston was the younger 1/2 brother of Edward "Ned" Houston. He is mentioned

William Forrest "Bud" Houston and Minnie Lee Pierce Houston

Bud was the oldest surviving son of Stephen Hopkins Houston. Two older
brothers died in infancy. Bud was married 3 times, 1st to Lena Downing,
2nd to Minnie Lee Pierce and last to Ella Mae Powell.
