Our Houston Family Reunion for 2008 is in the planning stages now.  The reunion is being planned for all the Descendants of Dr. William Houston, born 1710 County Antrim, Ireland. We need volunteers to serve on the planning committee to organize, plan, collect addresses for invitation lists and help coordinate festivities at our events. Below is a survey form. Please take the time to fill it out and send it to us. Your opinion is important.

Happy Hour/Ice Breaker

Evening Banquet - Guest Speakers "Houston Family History or How'd We Get Here?"  (How'd - Southern contraction for how did - not found in most dictionaries)

A Family Meeting to Adopt By Laws for the Houston Family Association & elect officers to initiate and plan future reunions and other duties. 

An all Day Excursion to a Dude Ranch:  Horse Back Riding, Swimming, Fishing, Horse Shoes,  Potato Sack Races, Old Fashioned Family Picnic (Catered).
